PLACING AN ORDER
Within 48 hours of receiving your form, we'll send over an invoice prompting you to pay your retainer fee (non-refundable) of 50% of the cake total. At the moment, all orders are for delivery only. Therefore, be sure to have open lines of communication with your baker to ensure a stress-free delivery.
Guidelines
Once invoice is paid, there will be NO refunds issued. If an event is canceled, we will only issue store credit towards an order of equal value for a different date.
Delivery Time: The SYD Factory will ensure timely delivery for all events. If for any reason, the cake delivery is either late or damaged, The SYD Factory is held reliable.

Once the customer has the product, we are no longer responsible.
Please be sure that the cake is placed on a flat surface while transporting. This means to place the cake on the floor of the car.
Do NOT put cake in the seats of the car, in a passenger’s lap, inside the trunk, or anywhere else that has a temperature higher than 74 degrees. Drive slow and carefully. Avoid hitting brakes abruptly and turning corners quickly.
