REFUNDS & RETURNS

REFUND POLICY

Here, at The SYD Factory, we strive to satisfy our customers at all times. If for any reason our customers are dissatisfied, please feel free to bring this to management's attention. If this is in regards to a custom order, 50% may be refunded if at least 50% of the purchased product is returned to The SYD Factory within 12 hours from the celebration.

In the event that the event is canceled after custom order is paid for in full, a refund will NOT be issued. However, we are able to issue store credit, or give the customer a different date if desired. No exceptions!

This policy applies to all situations including canceled events due to natural catastrophes.
